CASA Part 147 approved differences training between aircraft/engine variants to address the differences in systems, maintenance practices and limitations relevant to the additional rating outcome. The scope and duration are based on a training needs analysis and are intended to support issue of a further Part 66 aircraft type rating (or variant), as applicable.
AC 147-02 Note 1: No RPL procedure described in exposition. RPL use is not approved for this organisation.
AC 147-02 Note 3: Engine exclusion removal from Agusta AB139/ AW139 (PWC PT6) Type Rating only.
AC 147-02 Note 4: The B1.3/B2 courses only provide mechanical, structural, electrical, avionic and Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) training outcomes (includes all engine interfaces where applicable); attendees need to complete an approved engine course to obtain the full B1.3 rating without engine restrictions.
